1. About MakeMyFit

MakeMyFit is a manufacturer of handcrafted genuine leather jackets and outerwear. We produce products on a made-to-order basis for individual customers, fashion brands, boutiques, retailers, and private label businesses worldwide.

2. Eligibility

By placing an order, you confirm that:

You are at least 18 years of age.
You are legally capable of entering into binding contracts.
The information provided during checkout is accurate and complete.

3. Products

All products displayed on our website are handcrafted.
As every order is freshly manufactured after purchase:
- Slight variations in leather texture, grain, colour and finish are natural characteristics of genuine leather.
- Product images are for illustration purposes only.
- Actual colours may vary due to screen settings and lighting conditions.

These variations do not constitute manufacturing defects.

4. Made-to-Order Production

Every jacket is individually handcrafted after an order is received.

Production begins only after successful payment confirmation.

Manufacturing generally requires the timeframe mentioned on the respective product page, excluding weekends, public holidays and customs clearance.

5. Pricing

All prices displayed on the website are shown in the selected currency.

Prices do not include customs duties, import taxes, VAT, GST or any local government charges unless specifically stated.

Customers are responsible for any import duties or taxes applicable in their country.

6. Payment

We accept secure online payments through authorised payment gateways.

Orders are confirmed only after successful payment authorisation.

If a payment is declined or reversed, MakeMyFit reserves the right to cancel the order.

7. Order Acceptance

Submission of an order does not automatically constitute acceptance.

We reserve the right to:

cancel orders suspected of fraud,
refuse orders that violate applicable laws.

If payment has already been received for a cancelled order, the amount will be refunded using the original payment method.

Estimated delivery timelines are provided for guidance only.

Shipping delays caused by:

pandemics,
or circumstances beyond our control,

Shall not constitute a breach of these Terms.

9. Customs & Import Duties

These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer.

MakeMyFit has no control over customs procedures or fees.

10. Returns & Refunds

As every product is handcrafted specifically for each order, returns are accepted only in accordance with our Refund & Return Policy.

Customers should review our Refund Policy before placing an order.

11. Product Warranty

If a manufacturing defect is identified upon delivery, customers must notify us within the period specified in our Refund Policy.

Normal wear and tear, accidental damage, misuse, improper storage or alterations performed by third parties are not covered.
